i don't see a huge demand for it and you can download and use the MS compiler for free and it is of course the best one for Windows.

You can build the SDK on your own in your mingw environment if you need one. If it doesn't work you can submit an issue. I don't care about mingw and let it up to others to port and build the SDK if they want.
