Hi,

You can on the project list that fine, and in fact having a summary for tweet
IPMC to look at is a good idea. You just need to make it clear that it passed
the PPMC vote and not the IPMC one. This vote was a little confusing due to the
mix of binding votes - only Incubator PMC votes are binding on releases.

I’m sure you know this, but just in case, you can’t publish the releases until
the IPMC votes has passed. It also a good idea to mention any IPMC binding
votes in the email to the Incubator general@ list, I’ve replied and mention d
it already has 3 +1 binding votes.

Thanks,
Justin
