Hi

I think some tech topics like this, doesn't require the official VOTE.
If the APISIX community could reach the consensus clearly in the
discussion, it should be enough to move on, besides such as release and new
committer/PMC process, which are required by ASF.
After all, we have the git as the time machine to revert all changes
quickly.
