+1 (binding)

I checked:
1. Download links are OK.
2. Checksum and signature are OK.
3. LICENSE and NOTICE files exist.
4. Building and running on codespaces (Ubuntu 24.04) was successful.

---
There are some errors in the build process.

In short, it needs to use

```
sudo chmod -R 777 /usr/local/openresty/wasmtime-c-api/
```

to set the correct permissions for the so file, and then run

```
curl
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/apache/apisix/master/utils/linux-install-luarocks.sh
-sL | bash -
```

to manually reinstall luarocks to complete the build. After that, you can
install the dependencies.
