This basically means that the APR tree is frozen except for crtical patches, right?
Bill Tutt has contributed a patch that makes apr_setprocattr_child* work on Win32. This patch is necessary (though not critical right now) for Subversion, but I guess Apache can live without it if it has up to now.
Should I hold back this patch until after the beta is out?
