where is apr_file_tell?

I cannot find anything that implements the tell() functionality in APR. 
If you implement seek(), there must be tell(). Do I miss something?

I need the tell() function for the PerlIO layer for APR I work on. I've 
got seek() working, but I cannot even test it without having tell().
