There is also some cleanup needed in apr/configure.in to remove
lockcreatenp logic (for setting a symbol in apr.h).
At the moment, I'm more concerned with the fact that without any
patches APR_HAS_SYSVSEM_SERIALIZE isn't getting enabled on my Linux
box if don't specify --disable-threads (or at least that is what it
seems like).
