Publication of the elligible voters
list opened for inspection.
Call for nomimation made.
2002-9-22 Nominations close.
2002-9-23 Final candiate list verified and announced.
Final voter roster verified and announced.
2002-9-24 Opening Ballot.
2002-10-1 Ballot closes.
2002-10-2 Final tally made and results published
Record of ballot send to the Archive.
