APR 0.9.4 posted and tagged

In order to get the next round of packaging kinks out, I released APR 0.9.4 
off the AP{RUI}_0_9_BRANCH:

It showcased that release.sh was horribly broken, and that apr-iconv needed 
yet another pass to build something useful.

Please report bugs with it and so forth and so on.  Remember that 0_9_BRANCH 
can only have binary-compatible changes.

I would also like to do an APR 1.0 RC soon.  Thanks!  -- justin
