PageMail, Inc. adopted APR about 18 months ago as part of a ground-up rewrite of the SureLynx Network Paging Application Framework. One goal of the project was to leverage APR semantics such as memory pools in a transaction-oriented environment (actually, quite similar conceptually to request handling in Apache 1.3). This has helped us develop applications with fewer errors (particularly long-running daemons) with dramatically reduced development time. I'm extremely pleased that we took the time to fully learn and appreciate APR; on even a modest project of this sort it is a significant time-saver, even when including developer ramp-up time. This project doesn't have it's own URL as it is only (currently) used internally, however the company web page is http://www.pagemail.net. Thanks, Guys! Wes -- Wesley W.
