[PATCH] make APR on NetWare arb_dbd-aware

Hi Brad,
I'm just playing around with the new apr_dbd stuff;
but for NetWare we need some changes in order to use it;
find attached the first patch which enables APR to build with database support.
I will send you privately the needed SDKs for testing.
