realpath.c form Darwin (re: hackathon item: filesystem case insensitivity)

This is for those of us looking to work the case insensitivity issues on HFS+ and the like, at least on OS X, this weekend.

realpath.c is the version from Darwin's stdlib and realpath.c.path is the patch to get there from FreeBSD's version.
