Planning to T&R 1.2.x

Hello Gang,

I am planning on tagging 1.2.x release candidates for both APR and 
APR-Util on Sunday night and starting the voting process shortly 
thereafter.

If you have any interesting fixes, please try to have them backported in 
1.2.x by then.
