Relative to 1.2.6 this release has this change in apr_version.h:

-/* #define APR_IS_DEV_VERSION */
+#undef APR_IS_DEV_VERSION

but I don't think that should be a problem.  Otherwise +1 for both the 
1.2.7 tarballs - thanks for RMing.
