I'd tend to agree with Nick, one generic 'WinCE compile issues' bug would
work, with multiple attachments.

Compare the current bugtraq ID with the current SVN rev number ;-)

Is it really appropriate to open a huge number of new bug reports here?
It seem you're posting a whole bunch of patches that would be better
placed under a generic "Support WinCE platform" heading.
