Sure.

Cliff suggested calling it crypto.html too, but I'm sure that calling
it export.html is probably acceptable to all involved.  -- justin

I just said that because I'm pretty sure crypto is the only software
covered by the EAR that requires a notification.  However, 'export' is
a fine name too...maybe even a better name.
