Should they end up redirecting to the current highest stable version?
I guess it depends on our goal. If we're trying to preserve old
links, it should redirect to the 0.9 versions, since that's what they
used to be linking to. If we want to provide a set of links that go
to the latest version, then to the latest version, but those are two
separate goals.
