Tested on Solaris 8 (SPARC), RedHat AS4 x86_64 , SuSE Linux 10.2: All tests 
pass.

Tested 0.9.x against recent checkout of httpd 2.0.x and 1.2.x against recent
checkout of httpd-2.2.x (SuSE Linux 10.2). No regressions to apr-1.2.9, 
apr-util-1.2.8,
apr-0.9.14, apr-util-0.9.13
