I don't have access to any Windows machines, so to date haven't been able to create any files for a VS project. If you are able to make this build in VS, contributions of project files would be welcome. The apr_crypto stuff currently supports Mozilla NSS and OpenSSL, but is wanting for a module for the Windows crypto APIs. The intention behind apr_crypto is to allow apps to use the native crypto on the platform where possible for basic crypto tasks, instead of trying to constantly shoehorn OpenSSL in places where it doesn't fit.
