I would like to see r960671 (Windows file IO performance) and r960665 (path
parsing) ported back to 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 as these two revisions fix some common
Subversion issues on Windows that have been identified more than a year ago.
This will finally allow removing the XFail marking on one of the Subversion
tests.
