This shows up a large problem. Would the apr_crypto_* advocates please update README to comply with the ASF crypto policy (notably, bullet 4) per http://www.apache.org/dev/crypto.html ? As we prepare to release either apr-util-1.4(5?) or apr-2.0, we will be filing a TSU exception notice, which Jeff or I can deal with.
