Ahhh, right, you are trying to build the stale apr 1.3.12? You probably
want the current 1.4.5 release.
I just want to confirm that I'm using apr-1.4.5, apr-util-1.3.12, and
apr-iconv-1.2.1, which are described as the latest releases on the APR
website. If those aren't the current releases, please let me know.
