More googling finds references to the SEC_ERROR_NO_MODULE being triggered when 
NSS is reinitialised after being shut down (which the test case does), and I 
see references to fixes, but I'm not sure whether those fixes are to NSS or to 
callers of NSS, and I unfortunately can't look further on this now though. In 
the mean time, is you machine 100% up to date with all patches applied?
