That might be okay. I'm building it for use in a statically-linked version of Tomcat's tcnative (essentially OpenSSL + libapr + Tomcat wrappers). I don't have cmake installed, in spite of both VS12 and "Windows SDK" packages installed. Are you talking about http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html?
