Hi Timothy,

As for myself (and probably others), I try to go through the bug db when
preparing for a new release to see what can be handled prior to tag and
roll.  Your bug is against APR, not APR-util (which we're talking about
here, regardless of some "apr 1.5" substrings in the text), so you might
not see activity just yet.  But there are also a couple of other APR
post-1.5.1 fixes that need to be released before too long.
