No, but the point is that you cannot rely on CMake alone, if you want
iconv support. You must use the dsp's or the msvc makefiles.


As much as I hated the idea of persisting apr-iconv over the BSD Citrus
sources, I've found no time to port those to Windows. Better we fix this
gap of CMake support and release another 1.2.x apr-iconv in the interim.
Will look at this Monday.
