Correct, r1839769 plus backports are the culprit. Looks like "tm->" must 
be replaced by "(*ostime)->" or similar in line 302:

if ((*ostime)->wMonth < 1 || (*ostime)->wMonth > 12)
I currently only have access to svn viewvc, so can't apply right now.
