possible phishing

After sending an email to dev@apr.apache.org I got an email from these 
addresses:
provision...@karix.com
supp...@smsgatewayhub.com

I just want to make sure that this is not something that this mailing 
list is using, as I am trying to go after whomever it is that is 
harvesting this lists addresses.
