Hmm, I doubt that ever existed.
s/www/people/ and the page is still there, but looks like something that hasn't
been
updated since copying from webthing. Do you think there's anything in
http://people.apache.org/~niq/dbd.html worth maintaining that isn't in the
regular docs?
