For v1.8 we should follow “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it”.

While formal support for Netware might be gone, we don’t know what we’re 
breaking out there by removing things.


Similar to Win95/WinCE code, those are enclosed inside #ifdef ... #endif anyhow, so pretty safe to remove.
