Looks good to me, though I can't test on macos.. apr_file_datasync() is failing in test_datasync_on_stream() with errno=45: https://github.com/apache/apr/runs/7014421531?check_suite_focus=true#step:6:297 We already ignore EINVAL which is returned by Linux (meaning ENOTIMPL there IIRC), any idea what errno=45 is on macos?
