apr-util default GitHub branch

I've requested in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-26090 that 
the default GitHub branch for https://github.com/apache/apr-util is 
changed to 1.7.x which makes more sense than the unused "trunk" branch 
for this repo.
