the notification on Fri, 17 Feb, 23:14 only went to Olivier [in
addition to notifications@], but the one right before that, Fri, 17
Feb, 17:38, went to everyone. Both of them have scm changes. No idea
either.

I already went emeritus and no longer have commit access.
If you guys decide to keep the Continuum builds, maybe someone can
update the file you're referring to and remove my email address? Not
a big deal, I added a mail filter to get rid of the notifications.
