Exactly what do you mean by "projects" here? Do you mean packages or jar
files or what?

You can use org.argoeclipse if you register the domain argoeclipse.org.
I suggest you do not.
If you want it shorter, let me suggest org.argouml.eclipse.core.*, or
perhaps org.eclipse.argouml.core.* (if you can get the eclipse guys to
accept it). If you are thinking of eventually extending ArgoEclipse to
other Argo tools ;-) you could use org.eclipse.argo.core.*
