I presume Linus is asking about the ArgoUML download page since that's the project he's the project leader for.
I think it would be great to have a link from there to our installation page. Rather than link directly to the ArgoEclipse update site though, I'd make the link to the instructions page at http://argoeclipse.tigris.org/documentation/download.html so that the users can read any necessary instructions there.
