At this point I don't think it needs to be announced any more widely. I sent it to the existing ArgoEclipse lists and forwarded a copy to the ArgoUML dev list (but not the users list) for their info.
After I've got a little feedback from the current set of folks, I'll start widening the circle of announcements to include other sites.
