I can't try this from my client site at the moment to see what these
are. Is the first one the standalone version and the second the
eclipse plugin?

Andreas - with confirmation from Tom you can just try the standalone
version and see if you have any issues with it.

It should look and behave exactly like ArgoUML. I suspect its general
performance is the same but maybe there is some extra startup time
(nothing like full eclipse though).
