MVW: So, how do we store project settings in a zargo file?

It looks like this is managed by some combination of ArgoParser,
ArgoTokenTable, ZargoFilePersister, and argo.tee. That sounds like too
many
places though, so perhaps it can/should be simplified.
Are there any ideas about improvements here?
Or should I start studying these classes and make use of them?
