I have now documented the process of releases leading up to a stable
release in the Cookbook in chapter 9.9. The first version, that I made
last night, is already available at
http://argouml-stats.tigris.org/documentation/defaulthtml/cookbook/ch09s
09.html but I made some small improvements and language changes this
morning.
