The 0.22.beta3 release was completed and uploaded last
night. I will leave tonight and be offline until August 6th.
I will appoint Tom Morris as a temporary release manager for the 0.22 release. In
my absence he will decide if there are issues with fixes that need to be
introduced into the 0.22 and if we shall have a 0.22.beta4 beta release done
before 0.22 and dates for these. I expect I am ready to make a release on the 8th
