Take a look at UMLSequenceDiagram.getUmlActions. That is a factory
method that creates the actions that are then used to generate the
toolbar.

GraphModel classes are the link between the UML repository and ArgoUML
diagrams. It stores the model elements that take part in a specific
UML diagram. A single model element in the repository could be
included in several diagrams.
