It seems like the JUnit test cases have been failing for a week without
sending mails.
They only commit the report and send mail if they manage to go though
all tests and if they can't compile they don't arrive to that point. If
they fail to compile they should probably commit some statement saying
that that was the case.
This needs rethinking and improvements.
