I think Michiel asked a similar question a while back.

I noticed that the prepared Eclipse psf files that does subversion
checkouts differ between subclipse and subversive. This means that we
will have to decide in the project which one we should support (or
perhaps we should do both...).

If there aren't any strong reasons I'd say we stick with Subclipse that
we have used up to now and that is developed at Tigris (a little closer
to home). Come to think of it Subclipse is marketed on every ArgoUML web
page ;-).
