I'd try restarting Eclipse and starting the import over. I ran into a situation while testing where I cancelled an import and afterwards Eclipse would wait forever for something to complete that it thought was running in the background. You may be running into something similar.
I'm using Subclipse 1.1.3, so I don't think the 0.9.3 version number is something that you need to worry about. As an aside, I would recommend that most people use argouml-core-projectsef instead of -all- to avoid having to download the entire web site and assorted other junk.
