Hi Saad,
 
If you right-click in the "Instantiation" field of the properties panel of a CreateAction, then you get a pop-up menu with the single entry "Add". Select it, and you get a dialog in which you select exactly 1 Classifier.
 
When a Classifier is instantiated, its constructor gets called by definition. If there are more then 1 constructor, the distinction is made by their number and type of arguments.
 
The arguments of the constructor are determined by the arguments of the CreateAction. You can enter them in the "Arguments" field, just below the "Instantiation" field.
