According to plan, we will be entering the alpha phase by issueing the
0.24.ALPHA_1 release tomorrow.
Because of a planned business trip tomorrow, I will not return home
until late in the evening (10 pm) so I will start then. If I am too
tired after the trip I will finish the release on Thursday morning (or
defer it altogether to start on Thursday morning). I will hopefully not
be too tired to let you know.
