I have created Configurations to get Eclipse to start with a module
enabled. There is one for "Dev" and one for the Sql module.
If you know your way around Eclipse it should be easy to understand how
it is done.
I just committed, into the C++ project, a Configuration that starts
argouml with the C++ module enabled from within Eclipse.
