This hardly ever works without problems for me, too. But I usually do get it
running after a while.
I presume you followed the description at:
http://argouml-stats.tigris.org/documentation/defaulthtml/cookbook/ch02s08.html
Did you also do the " Select Project => Clean... => Clean all projects and
wait for everything to build again. " ?
Maybe you should try to select in the menu: Project -> Build all.
If this does not help, what errors do you get?
BTW: The IDL module does not compile currently - so this will generate 2
errors.
ATM I also have 2 errors from the model-mdr.
But these 4 do not prevent me from running ArgoUML, but the latter 2 may
block you ...
Do you see these 4 errors or more?
In some cases, I had errors that were listed in the project's properties ->
Java build path.
Rightclick on the projects in the package explorer, select Properties, then
Java build path. If you get such an error, it is shown at the top of this
dialog, when selecting some of the tabs at the top.
Do you see these?

I have at the work with the ArgoUml some problems. If I open ArgoUml
Source code as a project with Eclipse, I get many error messages (that
Java files are absent or Classen) and then cannot begin Project. I have
