As well as the dev list, GMANE spools announce, cvs, issues, and
user. All of these seem to be up to date.
I'll re-check the dev list spool to confirm there is actually a
problem.

I've just looked at the GMANE newsgroup mirror of this list and
discovered it hasn't got any new posts since 31 Jan 2004.
Is this a known issue? Does anyone care? Can I do something
to remedy this?
