While investigating issue http://argouml.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2421, I found that there are two packages used by ArgoUML to create toolbars and buttons:
org.tigris.toolbar org.tigris.swidgets Observations: * They appear to have some duplicated functionality * They are both written and maintained by Bob Tarling * Toolbar has had more recent commit activity than swidgets (swidgets trunk was last touched Feb 2006). * Toolbar has more issues registered than swidgets. What is the history of these two projects, and why are we using them both in ArgoUML? Is one being phased out, if so which one? I'm wondering what my course of action should be to fix this issue, and don't want to start patching a library that's about to become obsolete. Regards, Dave P.S.
